One of my favorite parts about traveling is taking tons of pictures. I love photography but I’m guilty of taking pictures that I never print out. I have a whole hard drive of photos that have never seen the light of day. Well, I wasn’t going to let that happen to my photos from our round-the-world trip with Elara!

Saving Your Memories with BlurbThere are tons of options for photo books out there, but I wanted a book that would show off ALL my gorgeous high-quality photos. I had hundreds of photos and needed a company that makes photo books with over 100+ pages. On my search, I ended up finding Blurb – a book publishing platform where you can make everything from personal photo books to self-publishing a cookbook!

Saving Your Memories with BlurbI ordered a swatch kit to see the different types of paper options. My idea was to make a coffee table book. I wanted nice glossy paper since it gives photo books such an expensive look!

Saving Your Memories with BlurbI made my photo book using Blurb‘s  book creator, Bookify, online. You have the option to make the book yourself or let the app arrange the photos for you by date. So simple! I arranged all the photos myself because I’m weird and had some time on my hands.

Saving Your Memories with BlurbI got my book about 10 days later and I LOVE it! It’s looks so professional and my photos look great! I was a little worried the pictures wouldn’t be as sharp since I ordered a fairly large sized book, but none of them were pixelated!

Saving Your Memories with BlurbDon’t let your photos sit on a hard drive somewhere! Make them into a photobook for your coffee table or as a gift! Also Blurb was kind enough to give me a discount code for my readers! Use promocode MILKCARDAMOM to get 25% off photo books before May 15th (just in time for Mother’s Day!)
